RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No refund will be processed if less than 10 days before the event.
Vendor will receive a 75% refund if vendor cancels 10 days before the event.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendors Will Be Allowed To Promote Their Products As Needed.
Please Respect Spectators, and Individuals at The Event.
All Vendors Must Arrive by 7am for Set up.

$500 per vendor for all 2 days of the tournament, a valid City Of Houston Food Permit is required by April 20, 2019, and ARE NOT PERMITTED to sell drinks/beverages unless the food vendor is a drink (smoothie, fruit drink, etc.) vendor.

Vendor Pass gives you permission to sell food at the tournament. All vendors will be responsible for set up, cleaning, and breakdown of equipment. Event will go for 2 days. Vendors will need to arrive by 7am for set up.

Over 35 Teams Pre Registered. Guest count is now at 700 People.
